A mini-football tournament was held in Mykhailivka, Cherkasy Oblast, in support of the Defenders of Ukraine

On June 26, 8 teams and not only from Cherkasy region gathered in Mykhailivka, Zolotonsky district, for the charity tournament. So the “Sula” team came to the competition from the village of Chutivka in the Poltava region. In this way, we can talk about a significant sports representation and high interest in the tournament. “Our most important goal is charitable assistance to our defenders,” the organizers of the tournament said before the start.

Although the tournament was a charity event and all the teams received awards on that day, the Mykhailivka football field was full of principled matches: expressive and emotional. Nevertheless, in all cases, sport and friendship won. As a result, the «Sokil» team from the village of Svichkivka took the first step of the tournament podium. The football players of the «Yunist» team from Moysivka were not far behind her. The desire to win and skill ensured the third position of the football players of “Sula” from Chutivka. The tournament helped raise almost 10,000 hryvnias in charitable aid for the Defenders of Ukraine. Congratulations to all participants!
